  1. Long exhale, short inhale. Six-count exhale, four-count inhale. Three rounds. Drops heart rate.
  2. Move before you sit. Walk, jump, shake. Burn the adrenaline.
  3. Plant your feet. Pre-scene, hip-width stance, even weight. Body uses ground contact for regulation.
  4. Reframe the energy. "I am excited" beats "I am anxious". Identical physiology.
  5. Have a pre-tape ritual. Same warm-up, same breath, same scene. Familiarity reduces threat response.
